RECEIVED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Your
completed registration form and payment must be received
together by April 28. After April 28 please register
onsite.
Cancellations/Substitutions:
Cancellations must be received in writing by April
21 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. After April
21 registration fees are non-refundable. You may
substitute another person at any time by submitting
written authorization.

Conference rate includes admission to all
Conference seminars on May 4 and 5, admission to the
Taste of the Gulf Coast Casinos Dinner the evening of
May 4, admission to the Welcome Reception the evening of
May 3, and admission to the Southern Gaming Summit Expo
May 4 and 5.
• To
qualify for the Group Rate, four or more people from
the same address must register at the same time, and
payment for all members of the group must arrive
together. Registrants must be in the same
Registration/Pricing option. If registering more than
six people, photocopy this form and use multiple sheets.

A Government/Regulator rate may be available to
officials representing city, county and state law
enforcement, education, gaming and tourism agencies.

your governmental agency.
